A lot of parents don’t actually know that their young children are accessing YouTube and being exposed to all sorts of videos which are beyond them. YouTube itself is not supposed to be accessed by minors, and YouTube has rules stating their position. Yet any child with an available computer, and a bit of savy can get onto YouTube and begin surfing.
And if there are any older brothers or sisters in the house, very young children are being exposed to a wide variety of content.
